Well loved local comedienne, Dolly Allen was a member of the ''Black Country Night Out'' theatre company, who put on shows throughout the region. She brought her unique view of life, particularly her upbringing in Halesowen, to an appreciative audience during much of the 1970s. Her catch phrase "Hello my luvvers", which introduced every performance, would set the scene for a hilarious evening.
