Infants School Reading

A Chamber's phonic reading book which would have been used in a majority of infant schools during the 1920s. An important feature of this book is the use of large and well spaced text "to inquire into the influece of school books upon eyesight". The pictures are illustrative of the text and throughout the book revisal lessons can be found to test the reader.
